Contact us at support@techhubdrop.com before returning any items. Provide photos or videos as proof of damage or defect. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days. In some cases, we may offer store credit or a replacement instead of a refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
